No Weiw. For some reason they have enough snow to stay open until June 2nd but not enough snow to keep a single box or rail up. And don't post on their FB page about because they're throw a hissy fit.

If it were honestly any other mountain on the east coast they would make a point to have at least one feature. Idk if it's Killington not paying the park crew, or the park crew just said meh fuck it but either way I think it's pretty fucking stupid they're bragging about all the snow they have but yet they can't set up a signle feature.

^ Uhhh Killington is all about having a park up, look at what they do early season. It's just not their focus right now, they would have to maintain features. Just go shred some bumps dude, it's actually really fun.

I'm still gonna go to shred bumps, I'm just saying it's a bummer they can't have up at least one feature. And early season they didn't set up a park for a few weeks I believe. There's a lot of other mountains that make a point to have a decent park first day and last day so I don't understand why Killington and all it's glory can't do the same.

You say "The park crew" like they didn't fucking go home over a month ago too lol... Just shut up and ski. If you don't want to/can't ski bumps than just hush yourself and go sesh a plastic rail in your yard and let the rest of us bang slush and blow up on SS like the springtime intended.

There's a ton of people asking if there's a park, and they have enough snow to stay open until June. So why not put in a few park features? I'm still going to go whether there's a park or not, but I know there's a lot of people who don't give a fuck about going if they don't have something to jib on. Other mountains have parks from day 1 to the last day because they want people who are into that to have a good time, so I guess Killington isn't the same. Which is a shame because we all know how well off they are and what their park crew is capable of. So it sucks they can't have a park up knowing they're fully capable of doing it.

Haha first off, at least you still have skiing, a ton of people finished months ago.

Secondly, if you want the park/rails could you set it up yourself? We've still got the biggest park of all time in scotland but they're not really maintaining it on weekdays, so when i was up 2/3 days ago I had to rebuild all the lips myself, but luckily the jumps were still good, but with the speed of the snow it gets pretty difficult to clear them without tucking costantly.

To sum up, build them yourself & be grateful you still have skiing.

Also you think waiting a few weeks to build a park is bad? the first park we got was 2/3 months after it opened.

Whether or not a park is necessary Killington really doesn't know how much money it's missing when they could put something like an early season park up on the flat section in the middle of Superstar.

They have (or had, haven't checked in a bit) the time to seed a bump course so I don't see why they won't throw a box somewhere.

For the third time let me say it again I'm still going to go shred bumps and have fun whether there's a park or not. And I don't need to get preached to about rebuilding lips onto rails have you ever heard of Gore Mountain, and Titus Mountain? They're lucky they have a park to begin with. Finally I'm really grateful there's still skiing I'm doing 2 late season rails jams next weekend, and I'm going to go to Killington in June with my dad. All I'm saying is there's a lot of people who wont go if there's no park, and everyone knows they're very capable of setting up a rail or something if they really wanted to. So why not just do it to make the 100% park rats stoked.

I think you're missing the point that their park crew is long gone and the bare bones liftie crew is not going to set them up, maintain them and break them down nor would you want them to.

Believe it or not there's very little money in staying open that late. Most people are either passholders or the $199 spring pass buyers anyways so their biggest issue at this point is probably keeping costs down.

I went yesterday, it's just 100% super soft moguls, if you bring your seasons pass from any mountain you get a discount, i paid only $22
