Ill start it off but Im always looking for more. This obviously is pretty objective as different people find some things weird and other not at all. So some things I eat that others think are strange:

Ramen and cheddar cheese
Cottage cheese and applesauce (the best with cinnamon sugar)
Cheese with jam
Pickles, cheese, and ketchup
I like cheese so thank god for a fast metabolism
Not sure if pickles and ice cream is a real thing but Ive heard its good?
Sriracha on anything. everything

Mashed potatoes and BBQ sauce. Cucumbers am ketchup. Doritos in any sandwhich

In San Martin de Los Andes Argentina, I had a dish called "waffles patagonico". Waffles covered in Chicken Salad. Magical. It's the first place I go have dinner when I'm down there.

TIL: Simon really likes cheese.

Mine is peanut butter on burgers. I had it once at this burger place here in Seattle, and my mind was destroyed. So good.
