From POW to CRUD to GROOMERS to RAILS, tell me NS what is your everything ski? Mine is the K2 recoil, they could be a bit wider underfoot but they charge all over the mountain.
143 icelantic scouts, Iknow that most of you will not believe me, but if you have skied these skis, you will most likely know what I am talking about, they rip everything and are so much fun to ski anything with, yes even pow.
you got it, i am pretty standard size 5'11" and about 165, but this ski rips everything. They took a short ski and made it for adults. It is pretty stiff and holds a great edge at speeds
Got a pair at the beginning of the season and these things kill it everywhere. I dont think there was one situation where I wasnt impressed by how they preform
Thinking of switching from 184 bibby's to these with guardian 13's. I'm going to university in Ontario for the next four years so I need something a little more EC friendly....
ON3P Jeffrey. The only true "one ski quiver" I've ever had. Literally skied everything from icy EC woods and bumps to sunny Mammoth rails and park to blower Utah pow, all in the course of one month and only had to carry around one pair of skis. They honestly slay everything; there's no compromises. I can't afford/am too lazy to carry around 2 skis when I go out west, so I"m pretty darn amped someone finally made such a versatile ski.
Idk... I hear you don't really notice it that much, i'd be more worried about skin slippage, thank god for ascensions though! I like the dimensions and flex of that ski for an EC pow and west coast travel ski....
i really don't understand how it works, but this "new technology" - dirty mustache rocker - does something incomprehensible when you ski the deathwish on ice. it grips like no other, honestly i can carve these on ice with confidence.
an amazing ski all around, you can ride it on groomers, deep pow, tight glades, ice, crud, and anything else you can find.
you gotta mount that thing with tele bindings...haha we saw a mono board with tele bindings mounted side by side at la grave in france once and spent a good five minutes just looking at it trying to figure out how it would work.
