Replying to Bitches.

We've talked on rare occasions for the past couple years and Ive developed a liking to her. Wouldnt really consider ourselves "friends". But I figured it would be a good idea to try to get comfortable around eachother before prom and Ive been trying to hang out with her literally for the past month. Shes usually pretty busy so ok, whatever . But I asked if she wanted to hang 2 weeks in advance and she said probably. But then a couple days before we were suppose to hang, she said she was super busy with school work from missing school cause of track, and had to work all weekend. I unassumingly discovered she was at a party on saturday night and almost busted a nut. Should I call her out? Like Im genuinely mad because shes always been "too busy" to do anything with me. And she said this:"I'm not one to sit around, you only get so many days to live and hours to enjoy". Which made me almost bust my other nut: deeming me as a waste of time... What should I do?..
