Replying to Roommate needed for the year - U of Utah

I go to the U and am looking for a roommate for the 13/14 school year. I've been looking at the Medical Towers on campus which are NOT run through the university. After doing some research, they're run through an independent leasing company who owns both the towers, they just happen to be right on campus. the prices for 2 bedrooms 1 bath runs from 600-900$, but with a split bill, it could be very reasonable e.g 300-450$ each. We would need to provide internet but everything else is included, even cable. Also, since this is an independently run leasing company, there aren't any R.A.'s or school officials patrolling halls or anything. Strictly another building on campus.

It doesn't have to be at the Medical Towers specifically either, but since I do not have a car it would be much easier for me to get around from there. I'm open to other potential offers, however location is the major factor. I'm looking to top out at about 600$ max for rent.
