snowboard, play music, listen to music, go see music, wander, drink some beers, build stuff for skating, build stuff for skiing.snowboarding, hang out with friends.


I used to jump on the trampoline and other stuff but maybe I'm gettin old, it's been a couple years but the stuff above still works as good as ever for me

The best way to manage stress is to get your heart pumping, get your body to start releasing endorphins. I have a few trails that I like to run or I'll take my camera out on a hike. If I really don't feel like leaving the house I'll pick up a book or look up stupid shit on youtube.

Ha not really. I did for years and It files me because when I quit I didn't know how to handle stress effectively without smoking.
But a good workout and being in nature always clears my head.

I just went through my friends list on facebook and deleted about a quarter of the people.  I was pretty stressed out before that (I feel obligated to say that my stress had nothing to do with facebook, but with life in general), and I must say, consolidating my friends list was nice.  I feel pretty good now.  I encourage you all to do it.

Indeed I am. Still smoke socially on occasion like maybe once or twice a month, but starting when I was 13 until 18 I smoked pretty much every day all day and it really fucked me over in almost every aspect of my life.

i dont get stressed easily, honestly. If I am feeling pressure building up on me i just naturally calm down, it's the coolest thing. Through all the shit that ive put up with my entire life, I'd say that I'm pretty proud of myself for staying so level.

 I do get stressed during tennis matches when im not doing well though. which sucks because it makes me do even worse.

same to some extent.

i don't get stressed in terms of like school work and stuff very often. if i do, i just go lift weights or kick a soccer ball around and that does wonders for me.

i do get stressed during soccer games or hockey games or lax games though, but when i do i get angry, and when i get angry i play better.


i get really stressed over personal relationships though - friendships, people i care about, etc. when it happens i usually just call whichever person it is that i'm stressing over, or go hang with them if possible, and tell them that they're really important to me and they mean a lot to me. it confuses people a lot at times but in general i'd like to think it makes them happy.

I wish i could channel my anger to help me. but i usually put myself down, like aw fuck you you're terrible and what are you 12 years old put some force into it. I need to learn how to positively reinforce myself, think about what i could be doing to better my serves and strokes and what not.

I'm the same, don't really stress about school or work or anything like that, but if I do I just take a step back and realize it really won't matter at all in the long run.

Stress like hell about personal relationships. Nothing really helps. Only thing that kind of does is remembering that I almost always overreact to whatever it is and it's almost never as bad as I make it seem in my head. Helps a little, but not much.
