It's kind of the same as what girls want in guys, but:

1) Be confident with yourself. Self-conscious girls suck and their opinions are easily formed based on group feelings / conformity.
2) Be open minded but has pretty well formed opinions on most given social topics, chooses battles wisely, and knows when to / when not to fight
3) Love the outdoors or at least be open to the experiences of them
4) Be driven and self-motivated. I want a partner, not an accessory
5) Isn't worried or caught up in the social life because she know's she's got it and doesn't stress over it. Best way to describe this : ("A real gangsta ass nigga don't need to flex nuts cause a real gangsta ass nigga knows they got 'em")
6) Don't be stupid dumb. Cute dumb is silly and nonsensical, which can be, well, cute and funny at times. Stupid dumb is the biggest turnoff next to having a god awful laugh. It's just not going to work.

Besides that, whatever the girl brings to the table is the other half of the equation and thats where you really fall in love. The above stuff is just kind of mandatory criteria.
