We're really excited about our new 13/14 Virtika "Triple L" outerwear. We're using a new, more waterproof/breathable 3L fabric, more technical thinner liner, more beefy construction, and improved sizing (main difference is that the pants are taller fitting, and are not quite as wide and balloony). We are still keeping the 100% taped seams, reinforced bar tac stitching, zip-off sleeves, tons of magnets, huge #8 zippers, hiking suspenders, snap hood stay, yada yada yada and the list goes on...

We just released a preview of our new 13/14 Virtika "Triple L" outerwear and for the first time ever we're allowing people who like us on Facebook to pick ALL of our new color-ways. We are deeply intertwined to you guys, and take your feedback very seriously. So, "like" us on Facebook and "like" the colors you want to be produced and we'll get right on it!


Pre-orders will begin in the next few weeks.

I can not comprehend how that disgustingly bright green one is almost winning. The burgundy one is probably the best FD product I've ever seen though.

the burgundy is definately my favorite. it doesnt jump out at you too much and its kind of a unique color that everybody would love.

Not digging any of those colors at all. They are very bland and it honestly just looks like you guys chose the least expensive colors that come in the fabric that you are using. The zips on the back look very silly and they just dont seem like they are in the correct place to function properly as vents.

i think he means that the "good" colors were more expensive and you got the cheapest ones. i agree with him saying none look good

Really diggin the olive/black and brown black colorways. A dark brown/khaki color would really make it for me though.

Yes absolutely. Different dyes and different patterns cost more. From the looks of it you have chosen to purchase fabric using the most common and massed produced dyes in China. This is what makes them bland, in my opinion, and it looks inexpensive.

If FD got more involved with their fabric supplier they could find ways to test and integrate dyes or patterns that FD has chosen. However this would substantially increase the cost for manufacture which I don't think FD can afford.

You asked for feedback and I have given mine.

Did you even read the post? It says they're making it so it's all a little longer and slimmer cut (slimmer not meaning slim, just slimmer) I think it's all really good looking.

You are under the wrong impression. Color of fabric has nothing (absolutely nothing) to do with cost. Doesn't matter where you get the fabric, how big or small of a company you are, etc. Colors are the last thing that is chosen, long after the final quote has been given.

Leave the clothing business to us, and we'll leave the nonsense shit talking on NS to you, OK? Just kidding... but seriously... ;)

The OG first drop logo is still your best, this new checkmark one isn't good looking at all in my opinion

GO BACK To THE OG LOGO.

Pants that have a combo of silver and other color all look dope as shit. Brown this black pockets are dope also.

Jackets are just meh. maby some more solid colors to go well with the pants

i love this stuff, but defenatley bring back the kahaki pants atleast, those go good with everything. i like the burgundy a lot and all the solids are sick.

Anybody else find this to be sort of an amateur move? only reason i could think of a company doing this is that they don't have faith in their own decisions. i like a company that knows exactly what they want to do and doesn't have to lean on the customer for support

this stuff looks great- the brown and green is unique and looks dope af. i would have loved to see khaki and camo options, but maybe that's just me. also not sure for the reasoning behind the virtika logo on everything but if its just a choice id rather see the fd logo

I hope that when time comes for me to buy a new suit, FD will still have their killer end of the year sales. My friend got a full suit for $180, and I'll be so stoked if I can get one for that price in a year or two!

Not to mention I'm digging the new line.
