How tall are you?
Generally with pow/big mountain skis, I'd reccomed at least going as long as you are tall. However longer would be ideal, for better float. Since you're coming from a park background, you may have a more 'jibby' approach to riding, in which case you're not going to want to go as long as someone who's charging bigger lines. Regardless you wouldn't want to go any shorter than you. Also if you do go with JJs, it's worth noting they dont measure true to length, so that's something you'd want to watch out for.
Since you're taller than 6'0", go with the 190+ size in whatever ski you get.
Just a note if you go with the JJs, don't be put off by the stated 195 size of tee AKJJs. The AKJJs don't measure true to length to start with, and they ski very short too.
SFBs could work, they're doing a 190+ size for next season, its a 192 I think. I'd take a look at the 192 if I were you OP.
OP there's so many skis to choose from that would do the things you want to do, take a look at some reviews and get an idea what you're interested in.
