Hey all! I'm sharing some work I have done to fix a pair of snapped tips. These Jmos suffered over 3 years abuse and instead of trashing them, I fixed them.
First up, the damage:
Then Gathering supplies: Knife to scrape stickers, goo gone, sandpaper and a fiberglass kit
Cutting out my layers, I used 3 strips on each
sand them down, put them in a vice, add some style and layer em up!
fill in any edge delam too!

After they dried up i cut off the chunky stuff and sanded the rest. The results were pretty awesome! they hold up very well without adding too much weight. The thing I didn't account for was adding so much rocker to it, I lost a lot of effective edge haha but they are manageable. took a pair of trashed skis and fixed them for under $30, well worth it!
Show your fixes and ask any questions, I love to help! Never throw out a ski!
