"Reggae, but not Reggae" songs?

I love reggae but recently I've been liking some "not-quite-reggae" songs, stuff with a little more than the "guitar strum rhythm", and a good (faster) vibe. Like THALL or DELORME stuff ya know?

Shaggy - Boombastic
Damian Marley - Welcome to Jamrock (hip-hoppy)
Capleton - Prophet Rides Again (has a nice hip-hop beat)(yeah Delorme)

ALSO (different genre):
Demarco - Standing Soldier (also Delorme)(not at all reggae, it's dancehall or ragga. But it's got a slower beat and is less "dancy" than most dancehall, which I definitely like)
Demarco - Duppy Know Who Fi Frighten (I just like the Jamaican, the "less dancy dancehall")

I know there's like a bajillion music threads but hey any recommendations out there guys? You guys are my Pandora haha. Thanks a bunch, peace out :)

^ i remember hearing that song in Pop Yer Bottlez way back in the day, i think it was sean & callum pettits part. still stands out as one of my favorite reggae tunes to date

shit double post but definitely look into Lyricson, i feel like hes sorta in the direction you want. tanners segment in pop yer bottlez or ski porn or something had one of his songs. cant quite recall

threads, love this genre but cant seem to find any solid sources of it.

been listening to major lazer's new album and its fairly good. a little more up beat but definitely worth a listen. also there's a few diplo/major lazer mixtapes that have a fair bit of reggaeton/dance hall style of music. ill post some up when i get a chance

But really what I'm looking in this thread is hyphy, "get ya blood flowin" songs, contrary to the majority of reggae, which is totally chill.
