I have a pair of Atomic Access's which I really want to mount center. The only problem is they have rocker and early rise in the tip. I was just wondering if it would mess up the skis performance to mount them true center.
Here are cats kissing to make this thread worth while.
Unless you're skiing 100% park, I wouldn't go mounting the Accesses at center. When you say performance, I'm not sure exactly where on the mountain. But I'm assuming you mean out of the park performance. So, most skis don't ski all mountain well at center, and a ski like the Access especially won't ski out of the park well. Since I suspect mounting center will put you ahead of the sidecut. However I haven't skied the Access, I just assumed this by looking at the skis specs/profile, if someone who has skied the Access could confirm as well.
