Head Mad Trixx

Hey I found a pair of 03-04 Head Mad Trix 172 cm. They come with SP 100 bindings and are in pretty good shape , look like theyve been used maybe 5-10 times; bases and edges perfect. The place is asking 325$ USD. Is this a good deal? Also, the tips are about 10 cm longer than the tails, will this hurt my park performance much? Finally, im 16, about 5'9' (about 175 cm), are these guys too short? please help

they will prolly be short, but take off the bindings and remount them 6 cms forward...it will be so much better

Not a great deal. Not horrible. You can do better, probably. The length isn't bad, I'd be a couple cm longer, but it won't make a huge difference.

dont get them. they sound like shit. i know an ugly kid with sideburns who bought them in 181cm brand new for 200 bucks. he got a good deal. search ebay, nigger.

those snakes are gay. get the old blk and wht ones.... 181 cm. wayyy cheaper too. then you can put money into a good binding. like a look p12 or line r10.

That sounds just like my set up, except I have the mad flex bindings too. They will be fine, dont worry about the backmount, it really wont affect you that much unless you plan on carving switch in ice or something. The deal you got was acctually pretty good.

They are not too short and the price is not too expensive. Keep in mind they are a heavier ski so if you're a bitch you might want to think about another ski. Otherwise, lock n' load.

Well ive had some real bad experiences with ebay so im not gonna do that. But for real, is this a decent deal, cuz there really arent many choices as far as used twin tips to get near my house.

Yeah well so far, since october, ive seen 4 pairs of twin tip skis, so yeah there arent that many to pick from in maryland. Thats why i need to know if its a reasonable price
