Ok I'm having some export issues in premiere pro cs6. I shot the edit with a combination of 24fps and 60fps clips. The sequence settings are 720p/60fps, and I'm trying to export it as h.264 with a 24 frame rate. At first the 24fps clips looked very choppy, almost like a stop motion, so I exported it again and a couple of the 24 clips looked fine, but then I noticed one of the 60fps clips was all choppy too. What the fuck is going on? Please help, 10/10 for helpers
Well my camera shoots 60fps/ 720p or 24fps/1080p. It's a t2i, so I want my sequence settings to be for 60/720 so I can scale the 1080 clips to 720, rather then enlarging the smaller clips. So I would like to keep the sequence settings as is, I know it can be done, I've done it before.
Use a 24p timeline. The 60 fps clips will automatically drop frames to work in the 24p timeline, but if you drop 24p footage in a 60p timeline, it struggles to find extra frames to add in.
