They dont have stores yet in washington not sure about colorado. but anyone that is over the age of 21 can smoke. The government is deciding what to do about the laws in washington and colorado right now.
The prices in washington look like they would be 14 a gram not even for chronic though. The bad thing is washington is trying to tax the hell out of it. growers have to deal sell at 2.50 a gram to the state the all the taxes are taken into account then once its on the shelves its substantially more expensive. If you want to by weed in washington right now you have to buy from a dealer, prices cheaper than the dispensaries and there is good weed to be had.
Basically the state doesn't know how to sell marijuana so they are fucking up. Lots of stoners are trying to work with the government now and they are re-evaluating the taxes and such to make the prices meet what the dispensaries are selling at.
