Replying to Explosion in Waco Texas fertilizer plant

SEVERAL people are reportedly trapped inside a rest home in Waco, Texas after an explosion at a nearby fertilizer plant.

Firefighters have been dispatched to the plant after a major explosion thought to have happened after an earlier fire rekindled, KWTX news reports.

Several buildings are believed to have been damaged in the blast, with some reports saying a school has caught fire.

The explosion was felt up to 100km away in Dallas, with many residents believing it was an earthquake.
