for the past 3 season i've been mixing it up with different skis, been on Armada, Klint, Soctt, and im just looking for others. As of right now I love Armada and kind've wanna go back but i wanna trry one more ski. Ninthward. I know their cheap, is that just because they understand the poor side of the community? or do they understand the poor side but their not built as well? If someone has a pair or has riden on a pair, lemme know your input.
I have the laurent thevenet pros, got them off level9sports for 250 and I love em! I've never had an expensive pair of skis so maybe I can't compare as well as some but I have no complaints. Good for jumps, decent for rails, an all around good ski. I do ok the rare chance I get to ski pow but I'm from ontario so that really doesn't effect me. I'm interested to hear how people compare them to other brands, but as of now I've had them for two seasons and I only have an edge starting to bend off, so I'm happy!
Well I wouldn't buy from them directly because I hear nothing but complaints about them arriving late or something. I've just seen so many people say how sketchy they are as a company but I could be wrong.
Oh no I just wanted an opinion on what everyone thinks or if they have ever owned a pair, they seem sketchy because not too many people have them and i dont hear too much hype also. Just wondering because them seem like a nice ski but just their price gave me concern.
i have the true twin and mik d from this year, and there super sick. As long as your not one of those people that gets there panties in a knot cause the topsheet is chipping, you'll be fine
i have a pair of Tha 187's that ive put probably 20 days on this season. definitely a solid ski, super stiff, bunch a camber, plenty fat underfoot. you could pretty much ski down the side of a building in those things and they'd be good to go, let alone the sketchiest chutes you can find at your home mountain. i bought em for 180 so i wasnt really set on ninthward, but i'm definitely impressed. would buy again
