Does anyone have any frontflip tips

iv been able to front flip for a few years but i don't do them often because i have trouble spotting the landing so does anyone have any tips on how to spot the landing and land them everytime?

approach jump knees bent with your hands in raising the roof position, Pop off the jump while shouting "Who let the dogs out?", Spot forward, then tuck, then land

One of the things that people mess up on is they throw to the ground, you want to throw out infront of you, almost like superman, then tuck HARD! You need to hold the tuck longer than you think you do though, I always thing I have made it all the way around so I untuck, but really I'm only 3/4 of the way... So hold the tuck long.

Necessary. Most pros can get away with not doing it, but it's a lot harder.
