so I have this school project where I have to design an app and prove that it will make money. by the way, my app is an app that turns off your running apps to save battery life and time. 

To get the proof that I need, please take the time and reply to the question below:

How often do you turn off your apps running in the backgroud of your smartphone?

answer with one of the following: very often,somewhat often.not very often,not at all.

i only do when an app is constantly crashing or something, but that's seriously a good idea and would definitely get a ton of use

I don't very often. And sorry to crush your dreams but I'm pretty sure apple has designed their iOS so that background apps don't drain battery.

battery shouldn't be the main concern of the app, having a ton of apps running does slow down your phone, which causes your app you actually want to use to crash more and more, especially on iphone 4's and older

I usually turn off apps that I'm not using in the background so I only have a few open at a time, but its annoying to have to do it every time.

How would it know whether or not you want to go back to the app later? Or would it just close everything that isn't currently open.

Actually always. When I exit an app I just have a habit of flicking it away. Even tho it has 1 gb ram. Its slowing down tho, I can tell

I'm his partner in the same project and I would like you to answer the following question How fast does the battery of your apple produced die when you leave apps running in the background A.very fast B.it dies a little faster C.i don't find it makes a difference D.it does not affect the battery life

once or twice a day on my SIII/Note 2.


Anyone with an s3 or n2, all you do is hold the home key. This may be true with other android phones too

what I was thinking was, if you open the app you will get to press a customizable button to close all your apps. also when you exit the app,the app also turns off
