Whats the condition of yours? Mine is over-run with soccer moms sitting on shit, and little kids riding god knows what on everything. Just today I ran over two kids and almost tail tapped a girl to the head. Its god-awful packed to the brim with kids. The park etiquette needs to be slapped into the brains of these kids.

A few shitty ramps, pretty fun mini, and basically the only bowl in upstate NY. Always chill dudes coming through in the summer, but mostly packed with scooters and cig smoking bmxers who dropped out of school and dont do shit

Local one is ghetto as hell. Bunch of sketchy kids hang out there and yell/spit at kids who actually ride the stuff.

I've found heroin needles and other shit around there and kids like to burn stuff they find in the mini-ramp.

The park itself isn't great either, but some BMXers usually find a way to slay it.

I don't often go there and it's worth skating street in Boston or driving to a good park.

I skate 3 different Parks. Two aren't pre cast, one is. My pre-cast park is the same quarter pipes as yours!

Doesn't look like any of them exist.

My backyard with 2 minis a wallride and some other stuff. All but 1 mini is dead.

The property, my buddies parents lot to build a house. Got a hook up with a construction company and got top soil delivered, built a pretty extensive trail with big hits. also dead.

Word of life skatepark in schroon lake NY. My closest local park at an hour 15 and my go to spot from 11-14.

Red Planet in Oswego NY. It moved 3 times but they had some sick settups and was well built to fit skaters and bikes in there. Closed a couple years ago for good.

And couldn't find any pics or vids of any of them. When pictures weren't digital is why I have none of the property and my house. Also for some reason none I can find of the others. Also lots of footage on vhs tapes at a friends that I haven't seen in heres.


Cool story. But seriously it makes me cry. Right before I stopped riding a new park opened at a church that's gotten pretty sick recently. A half hour away which for having nothing is dope, I quit riding/skating though. YOLO

dude, rye has not looked like that in a VERY long time.
back when they had just put in the monster box it was probably one of the better skate parks to exist, but now its really just daysunt

if you live in southern nh/northern mass, definitely visit hampton skate park. its right up the street from seascoast united and is pretty fun if your not that far away

Old edit from my buddy tyler. His parents owned the property. Shots of the Word of Life park at 1:04, 1:12,1:48.

I did the spine to box transfer when I was 12 back in the day. Never got to see the footage and then they video taped a bear before the edit got made and taped over it :(.






Found some footage of the 3rd location for red planet. They moves all the features around there a couple times. I honestly thought it was better before the changes but whatever, it's dead now anyway.




Not that anyone will watch either and care but fuck it. First edit is solid though.

i work there and tomorrow they are starting to rebuild the street section, not sure what they're going to put in but supposedly its gonna be sick, but quite frankly, i dont believe a word my boss says because he comes up with these crazy ideas for shit to build, then he goes completely off the map and builds the most random shit and it always turns out shitty in the end, so i wouldnt expect much.

ive practically lived at rye since 2006, ive seen it go from being the best skatepark in new england to being remarkably average at best, and its a damn shame.

i just go there to get into fights with little girls and man sluts, or to make out with my ex in the lifeguard shack by the pool.

the park i usually go to in the summers has some pretty cool features, but none of it has been maintained in like 5 years. all the decks have holes in them and the pavement is like gravel. but its still pretty cool if you just want to rip the miniramp or smoke some pot.

Jennings skatepark in fairfield has gone downhill from a couple years ago. Now its all 10 year old kids who think theyre the shit who yell and swear at everyone. Most of the time theres at least one or two guys actually skating there.

really? ive never been to bristol but jennings isnt too bad , theres definitely worse, its just not what it used to be. The main thing is that since its on the beach people just bring their 5 year olds into the park and just sit in the bowl or on rails and let their kids run around and throw mulch everywhere. Theres been so many times ive seen littles kids almost get taken out by someone skating.
