Investigators have a suspect — a Saudi Arabian national — in the horrific Boston Marathon bombings, The Post has learned.
Law enforcement sources said the 20-year-old suspect was under guard at an undisclosed Boston hospital.
Fox News reported that the suspect suffered severe burns.
It was not immediately clear why the man was hospitalized and whether he was injured in the attack or in his apprehension.
The man was caught less than two hours after the 2:50 p.m. bombing on the finish line of the race, in the heart of Boston.

In addition, Boston police have surveillance video of someone bringing multiple backpacks to blast site, according to CBS News.
Police also confirmed that there was a third explosion, at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum. It was not immediately clear how much damage was done or whether it was related to the bombings at the marathon finish line.
The library bombing occurred about 4:30 p.m. and more than a mile from the marathon.
A law enforcement source confirmed to The Post that 12 people were killed and nearly 50 were injured in today's blast.
Who blows up a marathon and a library. Almost every country is represented at a marathon, especially one as big as the Boston. It's kind of like the Olympics, where you are supposed to forget about any country/racial items and embrace human achievement. Same can be said about the library it's an archive of human documentation. Messed up.
Didn't realize anyone died. RIP to those that did. I went to college in Boston and knew about 5 people that ran in the marathon today. Luckily they are all okay.
Within 10 minutes they had confirmed ~30 injured in a bomb explosion, that's fucking impressive to me, given that that's pretty accurate, and they also had a live stream + journalist, that's fucking crazy.
how exactly would one background check people going to the marathon? i've never been in boston but in hopkinton i've literally walked up to the marathon. they bus people in all day and it would be impossible to check people
how is it that the NYP is reporting 12 dead and everywhere else is only reporting 2. it's ridiculous that there can be this big of a discrepancy between numbers and actuality.
If you're looking for someone
[Update, 5:35 p.m. ET] Google has established a person-finder related to the Boston bombings. People who are looking for someone or have information about someone can make reports there.
I wanna know about this hospital also. CNN isn't reporting it right now.
Also I found out through a friend on FB, then found images on Twitter, posted on NS, then saw news stories. It is crazy how fast social media moves. Still can't believe this happened.
NYP are the only one with that number, BPD, Boston.com, boston globe, and others say 2. I think NYP tries to get stuff out first. They're the only ones reporting about the man in custody too.
news just reported that there is no threat at tufts and people are allowed back in. sounds like that was the situation because they were reporting something about a heightened presence around the emergency room there
Because the Boston Marathon is probably the most important event going on in the world today. Everyone's eyes were already on it. The press was already there and so were the cameras. The second after the bombs went off, every news network was ready to go live. At least that's my guess on why the marathon would be chosen as a terrorist target.

Hey guys i dont know if this is a repost but ive been spreading this website to friends and family its a link with the runners that were going by at the time of the explosion:
im 99% sure I saw this picture earlier and his leg was fine. Im pretty sure its shopped/hes just a handicapped person being pushed away from the event.
What's the world coming to when people think they need to resort to this kind of violence against innocent people ESPECIALLY when the marathon was dedicated to the families and survivors of another horrific event? Praying for all those involved, and that tragedies like this can be avoided in the future.
