I love all the conspiracy theorists already. Regardless of the bombings, these guys killed a cop, threw bombs at police cars, and exchanged gunfire with policemen. Pretty sure framed people dont do that.

Except that "assault" weapons are only used in a VERY miniscule fraction of gun crimes, that IS relying on facts...

Yeah because who the fuck carries around an assault rifle with them..... This doesn't take away from the fact that assault rifles can cause far more damage far quicker than a handgun and unless you are getting robbed by 20 people no one is ever going to need an assault rifle as a civilian.

I know your point but these acts of terrorism need to be avoided at all cost. A lengthy sentence and max penalties may scare potential criminals is what they believe..

For criminal charges they use a different definition for weapon of mass destruction.

For the purposes of US criminal law concerning terrorism, weapons of mass destruction are defined as:

any destructive device defined as any explosive, incendiary, or poison gas bomb, grenade, rocket having a propellant charge of more than four ounces, missile having an explosive or incendiary charge of more than one-quarter ounce, mine, or device similar to any of the devices described in the preceding clauses

you are completely disillusioned thinking it's mass destruction. 180 injured is not that much. let's not forget that's everything including cuts and scrapes. which there were a lot of. how many injuries were irreversible? not many.

I agree with you, man. Just being a prick. I agree the US government is fucked up beyond belief and millions of people seem to be falling for the shenanigans everyday. This country has gotten away with a decade plus long war? HOW THE FUCK?       It's out of our hands.


I also think the suspect that is alive should be tried (sp?) to the fullest extent and not be put on a scale of other mass killings or destruction. How do we get not glorify suspects? It's impossible this day and age. People are so caught up in social media..there is no fucking excitement. This shit is excitement for many!!

A lot of us on here happen to have hobbies and shit and no time to be a fucking psychopath. No offense to the middle of the country, or everywhere in this country for that matter, people are fucking lazy. ZERO going on. People need to find shit to get mad out to even get up in the fucking morning.

He's being tried under the charges of operating with weapons of mass destruction because him and his fuck stick brother had 6 goddamn bombs that they used to kill and maim many innocent people. The number of people injured isn't the only thing to consider when quantifying at attack as being used with mass destruction in mind. If they weren't incompetent they could have doled out much more damage

Is anyone else noticing a high volume of "Suspicious Packages" being found in locations near you? In the past 2 days we have had two, Today there is one in a nearby shopping center, everythings on lockdown and cops everywhere. Apparently bomb squad is coming? My GF was at work and said she heard something loud go off but I have no idea what that means. Hope its nothing.
