I care because no matter what this guy did, he is innocent until proven guilty, and he has rights. in-fucking-alienable rights. We all do.

I think it would be a disgrace of the highest proportion to this country if we were to blatantly disobey our own and international law and try this guy as an enemy combatant. To the President's credit, he has said that this will not happen.

You have a great point. I hate things like this, don't get me wrong. There was one that showed a little girl "running for sandy hook" that was "killed" when it really was an 8 year old boy. It was shared all over facebook. The ignorance of some people really gets to me sometimes. However, what I was getting at was the fact that he, like mentioned above was tweeting about his own crime scene.
