So yesterday I kinda fell on my wrist and it hurt pretty bad, I iced it for a few hours and relaxed the rest of the day. I bought a $25 wrist-type splint which has been keeping it pretty stable and not too much pain.
I can move my wrist up and down all the way with no pain, but moving it side to side hurts. The pain is on the inside part of my wrist in the little notch between your thumb and the Radius bone. There is also a pretty consistent dull pain when I'm not moving it. There is a little swelling and pretty much no bruising. I am planning on going to the doctor tomorrow, but I would like to know whether it sounds more like a sprain or some kind of hairline fracture. I'm assuming that since there is not a lot of swelling that it is not a serious fracture.
