Online car game?

Anyone know of a good on line car race game. Preferably allows you to make lots of modifications visually, and has a bmw 2002, e30, e24, e9, at least one of those. I remember i saw a game that you could design your own parts and upload them. I hope someone on here knows of a good one, +k to anyone who helps.
