Ok, in order to best answer your question, we need to know your:
Weight
Height
Skiing Level ie. 1,2,3 or 3+
Any idea what DIN you normally ride on
A 12 DIN binding should be fine for you, I'd go for a 12 DIN, the DIN range will accomodate you as well as a junior binding, but there more durable. On this note, if you're looking at Tyrollia/Head bindings, go with the 12 over the 11, its considerably more durable. My favorite 12 DIN is the Rossi Axial2 120, take a look at my opinions of them here -
