I just took out my t3i today to film some post season hiking, but all my shots came out super washed out and overexposed. My ISO was at the minimum and i was using a 50mm f/1.8. What settings should i change for next time?
Read the manual before asking how to use your camera. In addition to changing the iso, you'll need to change the aperture/shutter speed and possibly use an nd filter.
iirc to change the shutter speed on the 600d you use the only dial(think it's on top next to the shutter button) and to change the aperture you hold the av button(right hand side of the screen) and turn the dial.
