Pros and cons of ninthward skis

I need to know the pros and cons of ninthward skis because everywhere I look people either seem to love them or hate them.

Pros:
Durable
for me they suit my style of skiing
the RDS is one of the best skis i have ever been one of the most versatile 113 under foot skis.
Campbell  is always fast to respond to emails

Cons:
Always seem to change european distributor. Which up until this year has always made it hard to get hold of them.
Dont update the website/online shop
