Make sure it's 50x50 pixels exactly. Use paint to resize it if it's not

I figured instead of creating a new thread I could just use this one.

I have this GIF I would like to use as my icon, but it is 8.47k which is just barely over the 8k limit. Anyone have any idea how to take out .47 without shrinking the size?

It didn't reduce it because the icon I want to use is already in 32 colors which is the lowest that site goes.
