Lack of transitions in Premiere Pro

I just started to do some more with premiere, and I just noticed the lack of non noobish transitions. Is there anywhere I can download more? Ive googled and nothing seems to come up

Im talking about the shitty "3d diamond" ones and the movie maker type ones

there are only so many standard transitions. all the good ones you see are made manually through the use of several noob transitions or a combination of key framing and masking, which can be done in premiere or you can use dynamic linking with after effects.

it boils down to finding shots that would transition well together and using some creativity to make it look good.

white flash(or whatever it's called)
what else to you need?
I would like to figure out how to do a vertical split screen, haven't figured it out yet.

use the crop tool and slide to the left or right or just move the entire frame off to the side.
