What areas are still open in the East? I know Killington is. I'm looking to go ride somewhere the last weekend in April. Thanks!

sunday river is open till sunday and them they will be reopening for the weekend after that and then they are done for the season. Sugarloaf will be running until may at the least. I know they want to compete with killington to be the last open in the east but boyne is soft compared to killingtons owners on aggressiveness.

Sugarloaf is always cold. The base there also never gets torn up too bad.

No Life

Most places in Southern Vermont lease the land from the Green Mountain National Forest and only are able to operate until April 15. They can petition to stay open and i believe pay extra to stay open but late season is all Season Pass holders and operating costs are higher than revenue.
