i personally think crocs get too much hate and are incredibly underrated.

they are both waterproof and comfortable as fuck, its a win win. to top it off they have these awesome holes that allow for foot ventilation so you dont get gross sweaty feet i mean look at these:

yeah those are great ski boot liners i put those in my full tilts 10000x better than the intuition liner.

best shoe purchase ia ever made. they are perfect for drunk college grilling and chilling, where them to bars get mad compliments from ladies, spill beer on them and they instantly drain, and the backs even flip down for full on nature hiking mode!

Crocs ventured into sports equipment when they first came out. I have the gnarliest croc made hockey shin pads EVER! Actually the only peice of hockey equipment I have purchased for myself in adult hood (apart from sticks) since I hated my old shinpads and had to waste half a roll of clear tape everytime I skated.

I like crocs for bullshitting around in I wish I hadn't lost my Syracuse ones. Kinda wanna get another pair pronto.

They are a must for cliff jumping or similar aquatic activities with rocks where you can't go barefoot.

I think people who rock flip flops hard core even with trousers look far douchier than a croc rockin hippy (especially female.)


Can't really see how anyone can hate on them unless people wear them as every day shoes. Only sandals/flip flops I wear are the leather dress sandals and you can't bring those in water.

Consider those in the boat shoe family. So a different thing totally.

Crocs fall into the flip flop/teva family and I'd toss birkenstocks and that kinda shit in there too.


I will never wear boat shoes unless/until I own a boat. Hopefully when/if that day comes they are completely out of fashion and noone else rocks em.

How are they in anyway waterproof? If by waterproof you actually mean that the shoes themselves don't get drenched - then yeh, grats. But if you're telling me to put a sock on, wear crocks in the rain and expect to have a dry sock to fap in to later, then you're fucking dumb.

Oh and they're only acceptable attire when gardening or 7 and under.

that actually happened to me... with one of the smaller toenails..

But to be fair it had already been broken from climbing/running and was just waiting to fall off. didnt even hurt when it happened.

Crocs are the shit. wore mine all summer since i was working as a camp counselor for little kiddies, and unless i was wearing my running shoes for gym/field games, crocs were the perfect thing to slide on and off, go in the water, etc.

Crocs are great multi-purpose footwear, they even have an optional sport mode for those vigorous activities, just flip back the heel strap.
