Looked up reviews, some people say that the locking mechanism can fail under alot of stress and cut knuckles, maybe im having second thoughts

I use just the tip for cleaning, the belly for cutting. Plus, I clean it.

Ive had it for over a year and never had a lock failure, you need to know the limitations of a simple knife like this, specially when it costs only 20 bucks
