The reason i bought the step was exactly for stepping up on bigger kickers and for me at 6ft and 155 I feel it's done that. Its definitely a medium flex ski which will forgive you for not landing perfect but has enough resistance to bring you back up without washing out so I would probably say its more of a progressive flex (even if it does sound like a hollow marketing phrase) and definitely recommend it for what you've said you're looking for. I would say if you're looking for a ski which can both handle spinning hard on bigger jumps and buttering (like you say on your profile) this is the best choice from volkl if you're of a similar build to me.
As for videos I don't really have anything. I really struggle to get any sort of non-pov of myself.
However I do have friends who ride on the Wall and swear by the stability of it on landings so if you feel you're more of an aggressive skier then go for the wall.
