SO the place with the room is on French St. in Breckenridge, right near downtown so perfect for work/partying. Now, as I need to get out of here ASAP ill give you the rest of the month of April, from whenever you move in for FREE! yup, free. Now, the room's rent is 900 dollars, i know, fuckin pricey. BUT it is welcome to be split between 2 people and is big enough to do so. ALSO you get the month of September for FREE, again FREE. Now there is also a 525 deposit, BUT you shall get that back as long as the apartment stays in currect condition, as well as, the 525 i paid on it. So thats a grand total of 1050 back at the end.
