Since you have no money, a DSLR almost sounds out of the question, video quality is astronomically better, but you have no money. Also you said acquiring lenses would be difficult, (since you don't have money), which is arguably the most important part. Pretty much most DSLR's with video now can do 60FPS at 720, but those cost more money, which you don't have. Also, usually things at Best Buy cost more money, which someone told me, you don't have? I also heard getting a job gets you money, which you also don't have. Get a job, THEN a camera.
