YES I KNOW THIS IS GEAR TALK. I just need some quick answers. I am looking for a soft, buttery ski that can hit rails and bigger jumps. The THall seems like the perfect ski. I am 6'0 155 lbs would the 181cm be good? I am getting a full refund on my shitty ass 2012 Step Ups. So I'm transferring my Look Px12s over, is this a good choice? I would appreciate all your feedback on Thalls
I've heard that their really sick and durable. But if you want a playful park ski, alot of people. As you most likely know, say ON3P Filthy Riches are really good.
I'm 6'1" and 155ish and I have 181 Thalls. Not as buttery as my bacons, but I would t expect them to be. Lots of pop and they're fine on the jumps I hit which aren't much over 30 ft. I'd reccomend them.
I have them and I like them a lot I thought at first them were goin to be more buttery(but I kinda expected them to be like a wet noodle which they aren't) but they still have a decicent amount of playfullness to say the least also they have more pop than any other ski I've owned. And about durability u honestly can't go wrong with armada so bomb proof.
on3p filthy rich is so sick. i'm riding it and it's flexible enough to mess around but firm enough to take it to big kickers and stomp them. super fun doing rails too
Well... shit. I took too much time to buy the 181 THalls off of backcountry.com. I really wanted the warranty so I could get money back when I'm done with them. Thankfully I found them on evo.com but they don't have the lifetime warranty. Any opinions?
Thank you all! I've decided to pull the trigger in the next couple weeks so I can get the refund on my Step Ups first. Do you think my Look Px 12 bindings are still good to mount on the Thalls? They are a year old and only have some scratches from getting in and out, and I've never really had problems with them
