Out of desperation I come to you NS regionals to fill a room in my house for the summer. its a 4 bedroom house with a hot tub, pool table, big fenced in back yard with a deck and grill. one of my current roommates, alev, is moving back east for some silly boating job and we'd like to fill his spot! the house is located in sandy, off of Highland, 5 mins to the base of LCC. there are lots of store and whatnot less than a peddle away. the rent is 462, utilities not included, but ive currently got a couch hopper lookin to crach in my basement which would drop the rent to 370. were a 420 friendly house, dogs ok depending on the breed. lemme know if anyones interested.
