I can safely say that if anyone from this forum was having a conversation on the lift that the conversation would not turn into a flaming battle of big dick syndrome... I recently got back into this forum and understand the general forum standards; however, I can not help but notice the insane amount of hate. Life is so short. Why are some people do negative? I understand that some people's lives are shitty, or at least they think they are. We are living in great times. Life will get better for you and everybody around you if you just always act positive. Which leaves me to my suggestion: using real names. In person, even on fb, when you're real identity is there, the asshole personality is not. I prefer this forum over others because it feels more personal being a lifetime skier... I know the real name thing will not immediately happen, however, the internet is going on that direction.

Yeah i started rambling and got off topic... i think the days of the public scare of keeping your name and general location private are over. Google knows more about you than the government... So we should be a closer knit community and treat people as if they were riding the lift with us.

it is that online personality that is killing me.  So annoying that automatically the majority of people hate.  I see you are stating the facts, that online is different than in person, just like black is different than white.  I am saying in the OP that these lines should be grayed because if I want to ask a legit question, that is not a repost, but not everybody agrees, I shouldn't get told to go fuck myself 10 times.  If that is how this forum is going to be, then what can I do? nothing, just bring my business and knowledge elsewhere.
