So here is the situation, a leak 2 weeks ago in our house has made it so that 1 bathroom out of the 2 bathrooms we have in our house is no longer usable. The landlord has made not fixed the issue and is not actively doing so.
Rent is due tomorrow, do I have to pay the full price? Do I not have to pay at all for now? Ismy lease voided because I no longer have what was agreed to on the lease?
