now that the season is over for most ppl, time to get ready for next one. I'm planning on doing some trampoline and hitting the gym. Since I'm new to park(Can do all mountain pretty well), what part of body do you suggest that I focus on working? personally I'm thinking core and quads.
Also any tips on hitting trampoline? Never done that before, anything to remember so I don't snap my neck falling? We have one of those SkyZone thing where it's a room of trampoline floor and 30-45degree trampoline side walls.
