Trampoline/Gym for next season?

now that the season is over for most ppl, time to get ready for next one. I'm planning on doing some trampoline and hitting the gym. Since I'm new to park(Can do all mountain pretty well), what part of body do you suggest that I focus on working? personally I'm thinking core and quads.

Also any tips on hitting trampoline? Never done that before, anything to remember so I don't snap my neck falling? We have one of those SkyZone thing where it's a room of trampoline floor and 30-45degree trampoline side walls.

While those skyzone/skyhigh places are fun, the trampolines have less than preferable bounce, look into a gymnastics facility if you want to start trying big tricks.

Thanks man, like I said I just started park, so all I'm trying is to get used to some air. Any bounce would do for now.

what skyzone do you go to ahah, some of them just plain suck and you can barely get enough bounce to flip around, excluding the foam pit

Don't waist money on shitty trampolines go to a gym or save up and buy one I love my tramp
