and try and get everything down both ways, you can get all of these without the need for double bounces on a shitty trampoline
if you want you can try doubles as well but you need a bit more airtime
also learn standing backs, bitches love dem, just practise doing backs without bouncing until you man up, then do it on grass or onto cushions
