just get pivots dude it will save money in the end i do not personally have them but i have not heard anything but good about them. I have the griffons which are not bad and a pretty solid binding but my afd plate have been coming off the track it rides on
they all have different max dins, 100s have max din of 10, 110s have max din 11, 120s have max din 12, I'm not totally sure if the material used in them are different but traditionally, higher din bindings are more durable
Yeh, the Axial2 120 is a good one. Whilst the bindings in the original list I gave are entry level/junior bindings, the Axial 2 120 is a lower DIN adults binding. However thanks to the DIN range on the Axial 2 120 (3.5-12), at DIN 5 you still sit quite comfortably in the DIN. Both the Axial2 120 and the Axial2 100 use the same heel pieces, the PX. But they use different toe pieces, the Axial2 120 uses the Full Drive toe, this is the same toe used on the FKS140. The Full Drive toe is more durable than the toe used on the Axial2 100, the FDC Nova toe.
The advantages for you in going with the 120s over the 100s, is that you get the more durable Full Drive toe piece, and a DIN range thats going to be able to accommodate you for 2 settings higher as you progress.
