Cheapish headphones that don't touch your ear AT ALL but create a seal?

I'm guessing your looking for some huge over the ear ones that also don't allow much if any background noise, any reason/purpose in particular? Because there are solutions to noise canceling other than a physical seal, like on the bose headphones, but most of those are very expensive. Knowing the purpose for them may help some people suggest certain models tho

haha honestly it's just because on most over the ear headphones they still touch my ear and press down on it and I find this uncomfortable after a while but I really like the sound of headphones over speakers thanks for your help

they're called over-ear or around-ear headphones if you want to search. i'd guess sennheiser and bose make decent ones
