How do i get my first job?

Im 16 and this summer i gotta get a job. I applied for the town rec and parks job that everyone does but it gets filled quick and i applied a little late and most of the senior and juniors get dibs.

If that doesnt work out where would be a good place to start...I gotta make like 1.5 k this summer cuz i wanna go to MHSSC

what did ns do for first semi legit job?

just make a resume that highlights your skills and any volunteer experience.

I caddied two years ago. It really sucked for me because it was by caddy rank. You start out as C waiting in the caddy shack for 4-5 sometimes even 6 hours and in the end not even get a loop. C caddies could only do single bags for $40 for 18 holes. If you're and A caddy It's awesome pay. You wait in the shack for not more than an hour and double bag for $100 - $120 for 18 holes.

Applying today to a place you make 15-18$ an hour laying down pipes for irrigation, then a landscape/nursery place hiring full time for this summer...
