How to make a Kilt

Me and my friends are going to a football game this friday. And we need to know how to make kilts for the game. Does anyone know to easily make them or some ideas of how to obtain some?

buy a couple metres of plaid fabric from your local fabric/sewing store and cut it and sew it into a kilt.
