Pretty sure it is fake a fake site running an address. I don't know exactly how it is done, but somehow it is. It's just way too weird that It is on absolutely no other sites either. Plus if you go to the homepage, I copuld not find the news anywhere else. I may b wrong, but... I'm pretty sure its one of those prank pages.
