Hey guys I'm from Michigan am 5'11 and weigh 165 pounds... I ski mostly park and groomers w/ a little bit of powder, I got the line influence 105 and have a shitty pair of Rossi Storms because my old park planks were too Shredded... I hated how terrible the durability was and how much you had to force them SO MUCH to butter. The biggest jumps I do are 25-30ft and I ski mostly boxes rails and a little bit of just goofing around all over the hills (butters, grabs, spins, etc.) I like a ski that spins quick and butters easily for butters on rails switch ups and spins off. I'm kinda torn between these two so help!
Yes, Travelling Circus is definitely much easier to butter, so I'd go with that. I love a softer ski like the TC for doing what you described. If you were doing bigger jumps and generally skiing more agressively, the Chronic would be the better choice.
Yeah that's what I was thinking since I already got a pair of fast ripping skis and my mountain is small and that limits the size of the jumps haha the biggest is 30ft
I've owned both and the Chronic's are better. The sintered base and rocker just make them a ton more versatile, for butters I found them pretty similar and for everything else Chronics every day.
Ok I'm kind of leaning towards the chronics and my only question is do they butter well? And how much do u have to force them to get a butter? I also want to know the same for the TC!
