I had bought some 2013 Il Moro T's this season and had used em, found out they killed me, and when I looked at the return policy it was: HASSLE FREE, there is really no more explanation for returning an item beyond that. So i was just wondering if anyone else has used skis.com return policy, any help would be greatly appreciated and +k, thanks guys.
Any boot right out of the box are going to need to be fitted. Why not take the boots to somebody (bootfitter) that knows what the hell they are doing and get the boot right. You will never find a boot that you can mail order, put it on and go skiing. Save yourself both time and sore feet and get this done the right way.
